It had been almost 10 years since I last purchased a property, and things have changed quite a bit as far as the number of documents required. But, Chet's team/process helped us throughout the purchase of an investment property. I especially appreciated how we did most of the work online and through emails. Having a full time job and busy kids, we don't have much time during the week to sign papers or talk on the phone. So, to be able to do it all on our own time and online was very helpful.

My wife and I just closed on our first investment property. We were preapproved by Chet in August, made an offer in October, and closed at the end of November. Chet and his team are top notch! I have dealt with many mortgage companies in the past and this team has it together. In-house underwriting is excellent and key to getting things done fast and correctly. I didn't have to wait 5 days for a decision. Any situational changes I needed to make along the way, I was met with an immediate answer. This made it easy to plan financially for my move.
Chet was extremely helpful in the purchase of my first home. He walked me through everything and took the time to explain every step of the process. Chet was also able to find a new loan program that only required 5% down for owner occupied duplexes. I will definitely work with Chet again in the future.
