I didn't realize buying a house was this easy - maybe it's not - but Chet certainly made it a pleasurable experience. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had right away. Chet did a great job at informing us how everything was going to go so we knew what to expect. And fortunately, everything went as planned. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Chet is fantastic! I think he was more excited about securing my loan for my first home purchase than I was. I met him through friends and didn't think I was anywhere near ready to purchase a home like I wanted, but he was convinced otherwise. I took down him information and told him I'd contact him when I worked on my credit a little more. Chet was very detailed in explaining the mortgage options. He was also very willing to work with me to find the best option that fit my financial position.
