I have no comparative basis for the three stars other than to say they seem to have done a good job. Signed up years ago when an ex-girlfriend's uncle had the account I wanted him to get credit for the sale. Then some time back the Uncle died and the account was reassigned to another rep who asked me to write a review so here it is. Be careful what you ask for, as they say, but 3 stars ain't bad and I do know the company has been around for at least 15 years, so there's that

They keep track of their yearly rates to insure that suppliers don't increase rates without the knowledge of the customer. Their reverse auction system is an awesome way to get the best possible rates for your business.
