I was looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately, communication was disappointing. I called ahead and left a voicemail when running late, but no one got back to me. After driving 30+ minutes, I was told they couldn’t see me. Though they offered to reschedule, the lack of response was unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
