Vito's is my favorite restaurant in St. Louis. Vito is such an excellent chef that I won't go anywhere else for an excellent dinner with family and friends.
The waiter was exceptional. The meal is always better when the service is great!
We have had mixed experiences with Vitos in the Valley, but tonight's dinner was by far the best we have had. From the outstanding service to the presentation and taste of the main courses (particularly the salmon with shrimp, scallops , veggies and risotto) was outstanding. What a big improvement!

Mother's Day
We have always had wonderful experiences at Vito's in the Valley, however our brunch this past Mother's Day did not come close to meeting our expectations. First, service was low. Second, my ricotta pancakes were burnt. When I mentioned this to the server he was not apologetic or very helpful. Since our guests were mostly finished with their meals by the time I could address this I asked if he would simply bring me one plain pancake. We went there for Mother's Day brunch and it was wonderful. I have a pretty picky eater and everyone was able to find something they could enjoy. The food was delicious. I cannot wait to go there for dinner!
