I had to switch State Farm agents, 1st time calling Sara’s office the receptionist automatically knew my name and had all my information pulled up! Wow! (My other agent didn’t have this kind of set up and it was a hot mess even talking to him.)This is the kind of customer service I’m used to from State Farm. I recently lost the diamond in my wedding ring and Sara Spotanski State Farm turned this nightmare experience into a joyful one. I have been a member of State Farm since 1976. I moved to Greenfield in 1979 and Chris Rohr was our agent for many many years. I too would go into the office just to chat and pay my bill. I was brokenhearted when Chris retired. Then Dave became our agent and I really didn't have much need to go very often. Then next came Sara and again, not much need to go in. I am very pleased with the customer service and personalization that this team provides. I was impressed to get a personal phone call to notify me of decreased rates- prior to seeing anything in the mail. I was given options on how to save more money but not compromise any coverage. I highly recommend this office to care for any of your insurance needs.
I have been a member of Sara's team for years and I couldn't be more thankful and happy. Her and the girls have helped me so much. They explain what is being done and why. Every time I walk in they greet as if they have known me my whole life. Great friendly and fun group of girls. Awesome people and great service. I am glad I switched to State Farm. The girls there are always helpful and friendly. They helped me save a lot on my car and renters insurance.
