We have picked Vito's in the Valley whenever we want to meet friends for a relaxed dinner, wine, good food, and conversation. The wait staff is always friendly and accommodating. We think the Caesar salad is better than most. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The acoustics in the dining room allow diners to have a conversation. We like that we cannot see or hear the kitchen during our meal.
Whenever we want a special evening in Chesterfield, it is Vito's In The Valley. Service is always good, food is excellent; made after ordering and always fresh and the way you wanted it to be cooked. Calamari is a great starter, along with your favorite wine or liquor. The salmon is always perfectly cooked and delicious. The Griglialadi Pesco (seafood on plank) is the best in the city and quite a value; always take some home. Everyone we take for the 1st time, goes back again and again.

My husband and I's new go-to spot in West County! The kids love Vito's too and we love the kids menu price....FREE mon-wed!!! Beautiful atmosphere. Quality food. Great price. And always treated like family!
Our food was very good, and our server was personable and professional. We had two downsides--it was very warm inside, and the tomatoes in the Caprese salad were hard as rocks and tasteless. The restaurant has contacted me, and I am satisfied with their answer. It's very pretty inside, and the patio looked welcoming, but the weather was scorching. That's why I still gave them a good rating on ambiance--they apparently couldn't overcome Mother Nature!
Had a business dinner here. All meals were nicely presented and everyone was happy. The eggplant starter calls for a special mention. It was gooood. Server had a tendency to interupt but overall service was good. I'd go back.

Great friendly service, good food, went early since dining with a very elderly relative who is hard of hearing. Not too crowded early, so quiet enough for conversation. Will be back.
This was a nice find for our 28th anniversary. Certainly not where you expect to find top notch Itallian or Sicillian food to be precise, but it was authentic, the service was great and the dishes on the large size. A nice patio was well served as well, though you can hear the planes landing or reving up for take off which can be a tad annoying. Inside looked nice, a bit dark, but modern and romantic.
