Even though it is located at the end of a strip mall (Eek!) - this is a great place to eat! I was on a low carb diet and they had exactly what I was looking for. We shared the Tagliata della Casa app (LOVED) that had a sampling of smoked salmon, proscuitto, cheeses and olives and for dinner I had Grigliata di Pesce Misto which had all grilled scallops, salmon, prawns and calamari.. From start to finish all the staff went out of their way to meet our needs i.e. we were early, wanted a quiet table, and had an outstanding server. The seafood exceeded expectations and the pasta was cooked to perfection. We go out to eat on a regular basis with some special friends and this particular evening was a compete success.

We visited Vito's new location for the second time, and had great food on both occasions. We had one of their Sicilian pizzas on the first visit. This time we had the seafood ravioli and steak special. Both were outstanding. The meat was cooked as requested and the sauces were very flavorful.

This is the first time I had been to this relatively new restaurant. The food was amazing! I ordered the seafood/mushroom ravioli and it was the best I had ever eaten! I can't wait for warmer weather to try the outdoor patio.

Service was not great; server lied about boxing left-overs and the admitted it was tossed. But they did make a fresh dish to take home. The caprese salad was really good but tutto mare linguini was bland and the spaghetti and meatballs wasn't anything to brag about. The rack of lamb was good and so was the tortellini. Not sure if server was new or just having an off night. Repeatedly forgot requests but was nice. This was my second time there and the first time was amazing. Wonderful restaurant and needed in the Chesterfield Valley. Excellent variety, portions, quality, taste and presentation. The atmosphere is lively and the service is excellent. Chrissy P, our server, was professional, friendly, knowledgable, present when needed but not overbearing. Will definetely return with others and will spread the word. We make it a point to support locally owned restaurants. Lucky for us Vito's in the Valley deserves our support. We love the atmosphere and friendly staff. Whether we are going for happy hour, a dinner for two or a family celebration, we know we will be satisfied with delicious food and great service. Another high mark for Vito's is that their food is consistently good. We know whatever we order it will be made to perfection. I am excited for the patio to open so we can enjoy beautiful weather with scrumptious food and wine.

Chose this restautant to take my adult daughters to. We added 1 more guest at the last minute & it didn't seem to be a problem at all. Our server, Katie was delightful. She seemed to always be available when we needed her & let us dictate the amount of conversation we chose to have with her. Loved the choice of wines. Had pizza & salads. It was excellent. Very good dining experience.
