Back for the third time since the opening. The food is still very good and the sevice is better (faster).

My husband and I met another couple for dinner. We had reservations, so our wait was minimal. Our server was great. He was funny, attentive, patient and knowlegable. The owner came over and chatted a couple of times. I ordered the spedini , it was excellent and very authentic. My husband had the tuttamari ; he really enjoyed it. The portions are generous also.

Our first visit. Very much enjoyed ourselves. Good food and service; even the manager was attentive. The bar made an excellent martini. Loved the jazz too. Going back for sure.

Went there for my birthday and just for lunch. Amazing service both times even better food. Pizza is out of this world and we ordered a special that was a ribeye, did not even need a knife. AMAZING.

In the land of "chain" restuarants it was inviting to see a family owned place come to the Valley. The host and owner greeted us at the door, very personable. We chose a Tuesday night thinking it would not be too busy and we would enjoy our first dining experience at Vito's in the Valley a little more. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our experience at Vito's in the Valley. Our only complaint is with the quality of service. First, the server forgot to bring out the sweetener for my ice tea. After reminding her, I eventually received it shortly after my dinner had arrived. My second complaint is that the server offered to wrap up our leftovers, but she never brought them back to our table. We did not realize that we left without our leftovers until after we had left the parking lot. We assume that this was an isolated incident... read more

Overall we had a very nice dinner. Seated promptly. Our server was friendly and tried hard to accommodate but he told us it was his first night so he did not have much experience to guide us in menu selections. Drinks were a little slow to come out and we did not get any bread until our entrees were being served. Loved the olive oil to dip but the rolls were a bit burned. We've been to Vito's in the city many times and love it. Maybe it's just trying to work on the issues in a new restaurant but when we were seated, it took 15 min for someone to take our drink order and we had to go ask for a wait person. After that the service was good. The restaurant was crowded and very noisy. It was hard to have a conversation at our table. The menu is a little different than downtown. We were really happy a new restaurant with good reviews opened in our area. Maybe it was just the dishes we happen to order, but I have to say we were disappointed in our meals. They weren't bad, just not that good either. The salmon pasta was bland, the chicken dish my husband got had a large portion of beet puree as the side (kind of odd) and my son's calzone had a ton of onions and peppers that drowned out the sausage.
