Extremely noisy. Acoustics are terrible. Table was placed in middle of trafficway which made dining experience even more difficult. Food was as expected. Good plus, but not outstanding. Wine list is far too costly for the menu. Service was satisfactory, but server could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, I'd rate the occaision a B-, largely for the lack of ambience.
Had reservations for Valentines Day and when we arrived our table was not ready so we went to the bar. After sitting in the bar for about 15 minutes, my husband went back to the host desk to ask if the table was ready. We think that they forgot about us as they jumped and said that the table is ready for us. Did not care that we had to go ask when they knew we went to the bar to wait. the reservation was not ready. there was a group that sat for 3 hours that clogged up the flow of customers. so we waited for about half an hour. mistakes happen, and i would not hold this as a complaint unless it happens consistently. food on the other hand was below average. speidini was goopy/sticky with large globs of cheese in it. chicken florentine also had globs of either stuffing or cheese. vodka tomato sauce pasta was too creamy/cheesy. all in all, the place has the appearance of a nice restaurant with food that is ... read more
Need more variety on the menu. This is an Italian/Sicilian restaurant yet pasta dishes are limited. My wife wanted a light olive oil pasta with chicken and veggies, but no such dish available. She ended up ordering salmon which was just fair in flavor. I had the risotto special which was good- not great.
A very poor experience. Service was slow, wait staff uninformed about even what drinks were available, food was not good (we had to send on dish back and that individual opted not to eat), and attitiude of the chef who visited our table was confrontational and defensive. Will never visit here again.
The Caesar salad contained old iceberg lettuce, very little dressing, no croutons. The lasagna was so-so. The service was not professional -- he had to be reminded to bring a drink and bread. Will not return!
Unfortunately, this was my second visit to this restaurant and it was no better than the first. Poor service, too long to wait for a server, and our food. Won't be going back.
Restaurant way too noisy. Couldn't hear waitress, she couldn't hear us, and we couldn't hear each other at our table. Need some soundproofing added and it didn't help with live music being played in the next room. Also, the quantity of food versus the price was not good. Prices too high for amount of food received.
Food was fair at best, service was good, you can see the managment wants this to be succesfull, go to charlie. Gittos, better food
