Nothing! Waited 20 mintues to at our table before our waiter came over first time. Our waiter knew nothing about wines, and it took them forever to clean up after tables when they were slow
I have been many times and was disappointed to wait for a table for 40 minutes when had a reservation. Food was excellent
The food was outstanding! Our server (Brian) was superb! The acoustics in this restaurant were awful; so noisy that conversation across the table was impossible. Great place to eat, but not for talking with dining companions.
Just wasn't impressed. Very irritated our entire experience. Where we were sat was terrible. Tables are so close together. People kept having to go past us to get to others tables, so I constantly had people bumping into me and my chair. I couldn't enjoy my time with my husband. We didn't care for our food. Server was very nice and very knowledgeable about the menu.
I made a reservation online for my 8 year anniversary. I've shown up before with out a reservation and have been turned away. This time I wanted to make sure they had a table for me. Well they did and it was probably the smallest table in the place, next to a window door so I froze the whole time. We had a reservation at 6:30pm for New Years Eve for 6. We needed a table close to entrance as my husband is handicapped. Whie we did receive that close table, it was right next to the kitchen and their tearing butcher paper for tables all night was loud and disruptive. Several of my friends recommended Vitto's and the menu on line looked good so we thought we would try Vitto's. We had reservations and were quickly seated. The waitress was very nice and helpful. The service was very slow, we didn't get our Arancini appetizer until 45 minutes after we were seated. The risoto balls were cold and one had a frozen middle. We will start with the good. Service was decent and promt. The food lacked flavor. I had the chicken spiedini with a white truffle mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper did not help. My wife had the basic fettuccine which she said was sub par. The bottle of wine was good! We opted for dessert at the good old standby down the road.
We were all disappointed, food was average at best, took a long time to get drinks from the bar (restaurant was empty) and there was no interest in making a nice evening for us. No one seemed to care if any item of food was prepared to anyone's satisfaction. I do not expect to return, nor recommend this restaurant.
