We had a family birthday dinner at GIO tonight. Our server Mike has served us before and is a very pleasant, friendly and efficient server. We had a table of 7 and everyone was very pleased. The food was excellent.
This is the second time the entrees have been disappointing. Not sure if it is a function of how busy Gio's is, new kitchen staff, or something else. The meat sauce was so watery that there was a pool of liquid in the bowl. The last time the Mac and Cheese was globby and tasteless. We still love having brunch there, but will take a break from dinner
Always enjoy our visits to GIOs. Food excellent as well as service. Looking forward to our next dining experience there👍🏻

The service was excellent . We sat on patio and weather was perfect ….my salad and entree were soooooooo good .. portions were large so had take home for another meal

Gio is a hidden gem in chesterfield. Great scratch-made pasta, service, and ambiance. Also a very underrated outdoor patio!
