Service started out okay, seemed rushed especially for a Monday night. Server didn’t know anything about the appetizers and rushed to get our order despite us asking for more time. food came out and my pesto pasta was bland and extremely oily. No one ever came by with a steak knife for our friend and refills were scarce. A previous guest for happy hour and dinner takeout. Brunch was a disappointment. Crostini soggy with smoked salmon. Replacement crostini chewy.sangria good. Eggs Benedict cold, French dip dry and cold hard bread . Very disappointed
Didn't really get to order, let alone eat. We had a reservation, and we seated promptly in a corner table near the back of the restaurant. We sat there for 20 minutes, no one approached to provide water, let alone take our drink order. My husband went to the front and ask for a server. We sat another 10 minutes and left. Given the slow start--did want to chance another hour plus waiting for dinner.
Went for my son’s birthday after an afternoon at Top Golf. There were 6 of us and we had made a reservation. The staff were great. But the food was bland and overpriced. Nothing was seasoned. Even their award winning chicken spidini was not impressive. We ate $350 worth of food and the best items on the menu were the pizza and the Italian desserts. I enjoyed the Vito’s in the city much more than this location in the valley, which the staff made a point to say, is very different. And it certainly was.
Everything was great except for the bread. They need a new recipe. Bread rubbery, dry and hard to bite into.
Disappointment - too busy catering graduation party to properly treat regular customers
I have to say based on the hype and ratings I was shocked on how horrible our meals were to the point we left with over half of the meals on the plate.
It took about hour and a half for the food to arrive and it turned out not to be up to our expectation. It takes a lot for my family to not like Italian food and this was one of those occasions. We were there for Mother's Day dinner and had a reservation but seems like they got a lot of Doordash and other orders at the same time so our order was delayed.
Everything but the Lasagna was nasty. It took us 2hrs to get our food.
