Service was awful. Took 30 min to get drinks. Our wine showed up at the very end of our experience. Don’t open up all your tables if you do not have the staff to service it.
The food was terrible. Fatty veal, raw potatoes, cold and undercooked scallops, dry over cooked toasted ravioli. I will never eat at this restaurant again. We love the one in the city but this one doesn’t come close.
The service was okay. The food came out cold and we weren’t able to tell our sever because he didn’t check on us. Thankfully we had a gift card that covered everything.
On a quiet Saturday afternoon, with the dining room open, I was a little disappointed that we couldn't get a table in the dining room. The 7 top in the bar was fine, except for the 3 loud drunks at the bar...at 3 in the afternoon.
You call it energetic, I call it way too noisy. Could not carry on a conversation with people at our table.
I set this dinner up with business clients. I arrived first and my guests came after. The hostess could not connect our parties, even though my guests had my name and my reservation #, so I had to come to the front. Thursday night and immediately seated. David our waiter was good. We asked to be seated outdoors and that was fine but there are 2 speakers pumping loud music right at the tables making conversation with your table mates a strain. Started with a glass of Sangria which was great. The bread was hard and frozen and even dipping it into the oil and balsamic vinegar could not save it. Impromptu date night disaster. Drinks were good, bread hard and too brown/burnt. Ordered chicken spedini and veal. Cauliflower tough and room temperature. Chicken overcooked and veal was awful. Waitress did refund veal but dinner was very disappointing.
Noise level was really bad even with a table next to the window, we were shouting to hear each other! Will not be going back anytime soon!
