My beverage glass was dirty. My Mushroom Parpadelle was dry from sitting under a heat lamp. We have always had a great experience, but Sunday was a disaster.
Sat next to two 10+ people parties …… could not hear my mom and dad….. frustrating since there were other tables open and it was 5:15 on a weekday
Loud! Poor acoustics
Our server could've been a little more friendly...he was dry and never cracked a smile
Understaffed inefficient service long wait for everything drinks food bread. Table of 12 very loud girls near us all had separate checks exhausted our server added to our long stay. However foid was good but suffered due to all else.
Good service and food. A little expensive but the real problem was the noise level. If I am going to spend that much money on a meal, I want to be able to converse with my company. They need to lose the strip mall atmosphere and invest in booths or accessories to absorb the noise.
The acoustics are terrible! Way too loud, and the place wasn't even full. And there needs to be a little more light in the main dining area.
Had calzone stuffing was sparse I’m from NY and a calzone is full it was like eating pizza crust with ricotta spread about 1/4 inch inside disappointed otherwise waiter was great
Service was great. Atmosphere was really nice. I ordered a calzone. The crust was under cooked. Wife ordered Penne pasta with bacon and shrimp. Came without bacon which was no big deal and quickly corrected. The shrimp was awful. It was not cooked properly and had a horrible taste. Very disappointed with the food as this was our first and last experience.
