The hostess refused to change our table as we asked. The entree came out before we finished our salad. The Tutto Mare was the worst I've had. Like Soup with unopened shell fish and tasteless pasta. Our first time there...won't return.
Although we had excellent service, our food was not very good. Supposedly they are known for their chicken spedini, however ours was served luke-warm and the taste was odd. It was really soggy.
After seating — we waited 20 minutes and finally flagged a server & waited longer - once we got a server we turned in full order - still not received drinks, bread etc - at 30 mins with no service (water, bread etc) we left as we had a movie to see - people were served around us - not sure what happened - with even Gio checking on an anniversary party table next to us - he didn’t observe us not getting service
They definitely to invest in some umbrellas for the patio. Service was lacking as well
1st time we went it was great. This past weekend did not really care for our meals
We had the steak salad with a cup of soup of the day. Both were very delicious but they charged us twice the price for each soup. The menu said $3 a cup. Manager would not honor the price printed and said the price was $6. Waiter said online, the price advertised was $5. They still charged us $6. If they cannot honor the price printed, it is unlikely we will return.
We ordered an appetizer and never got it and took forever for our waitress to come back to our table. Took 20 minutes to get our bottle of wine. Very nice waitress but poor service. Highly understaffed. We will not return
My girlfriends steak salad was superior! The steak was juicy and medium rare and the veggies were crispy and she totally enjoyed it. I got the two eggs sausage bacon and potatoes. Our reservation was 1 PM so perhaps the early breakfast chef was gone, because the sausage was dry the bacon was hard, The toast was dry with no butter and no jelly. Waiter was not apparently listening to our order OR kitchen did not make it correct. Wife ordered the Strawberry salad, which is great, but without blue berries. When her order came had Lots of blue berries! We tried to just pick them out but too many. If you like blue berries this would have been great, but not for her. I would still go back for dinner again.
