The food is very good, the new chef has good taste in cooking and decoration. It took more time for waiting for the food than usual. The problem that this place needs to do with very big noise. Something must be on the wall and floor (I am not a specialist in this), but the noise was terrible.
So disappointing. Our waiter was inattentive. Had to ask several times for things. Asked if there was anything vegan and the waiter didn’t even try to accommodate. Salads were made incorrectly. Main entrees were okay . $10 for a 2x2 piece of bread pudding is outrageous!
This is an old Vitos restaurant and nothing had changed just changed the name! Cafeteria food at best! Cheap furniture, sloppy looking service people and no class!
I ordered the french dip and was very disappointed. The beef was definitely from the night before. It was dry, stringy and tough. I did not ask for a replacement because I was with a friend and thought they might be embarassed. I did not eat the sandwich and took it home. My husband said no thanks. The restaurant is very nice.
It was fine for dinner, just wasn’t super flavorful. The drinks were different and decent. We went with a party of 5, and everyone’s meal was just okay.
Very loud, poor service and food was mediocre, would not recommend. Wait staff could use some training.
The food was great! I was looking forward to the rolls…didn’t get them! Disappointed!!
The worst and you don't have a negative star. NO service. Mixed racial couple was told "we can't find any servers to serve you" after 25 minute wait, a glass of water, while others late arrivals got primo service. Won't go back there
Bad experience overall Bathrooms had major issues. Host was at front was very rude Waiter had very little knowledge of menu. I really want this place to do well. We need more great restaurants in the valley. How’re, this was very disappointing. I was very embarrassed I brought friends to this location.
