I gave a 3 for ambiance as it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. We were seated by a window & both my husband & I made sure to side on the inside sears away from the window. He never took his coat off. I took mine off & put it back on within 10 minutes. Two other different tables were each sat & each moved within five minutes due to being cold.

I rarely review restaurants because I feel my dining experiences are typically very good and in-line with previous reviews. My experience this time however, was poor and not in line with the majority of reviews I’ve seen. Ultimately, our appetizer of toasted ravioli was very good, however our entrees of chicken spiedini and penne alla vodka were nearly inedible. If I could give a -10 I would. Will never return. Reservation messed up. The host was the most rude, insensitive front desk representative they could ever have hired. He should be fired.

First of all the food was very good. We checked ahead to make sure they had heaters available and reserved an outside table. When was arrived for our reservation the management had not controlled the tables outside and people had just came up and sat down. As a result our table was not ready, we had to wait and ended up in a poor location. Also our waiter never acknowledged our birthday occasion which was listed on our reservation. Very loud. Frito misto appetizer was WAY overpriced $18 for 2 small fried scallops and shrimp with less than a handful of calamari??? The Veal saltimbocca was thick which veal is not supposed to be, and very chewy. Not tender whatsoever like I am used to at other establishments. $145 for a couple of two including 1 round of wine flights and an after dinner drink could have been spent a lot better somewhere else in my opinion.

Food was good. Our waiter was likely new. The restaurant has high ceiling. There were a lot of patrons and it was very difficult to hear my table mate which was really frustrating. And our waiter rarely checked on us. A bit frustrating!

We were sat, and moments later a table of 10 teenage girls we seated 5 ft away. Needless to say the noise level shot up dramatically

Couldn’t hear the hostess when we walked in. COVID-19 seating apparently did not apply. However, waiter was very attentive. Food was cold upon presentation, and after sending it back twice, I gave up. Place is overrated. Would not recommend.

Disappointing all around. Hostess tried to stick us at this table that didn’t even have four chairs, when one other was already set up. Candles were needed on the outside table because of gnats. Food was fair. Service was so so—wine was poured in all glasses with no tasting first. Won’t be back.
