We didn’t get our Silverware or bread until our food came out where our food came out I ordered chicken fettuccine and didn’t get the chicken.

The food we ordered was great and our server did her best. Disappointed by: - the fact that there was no lasagna on National Lasagna Day, - happy hour food specials only apply to bar area - not family friendly approach - seems to be some staff/management issues that are impacting overall customer experience.

The waitress was not around very much. It turned out she was busy flirting with the greeter in the front. The bread was very tasty. The rest of the food was just OK, except for the Tutto Mare, which was so spicy, it was inedible. We told the waitress, but she did nothing with this information. It is very loud in there, due to poor design. The food was overpriced for the quality. Will not return. Had high hopes....

Had reservations. Waited 25 minutes for our drinks to be brought and waited forever for our food. 3 out of the 4 of us ordered pizza, 1 ordered chicken. The chicken and risotto was literally cold and one of the pizzas was wrong. They heated the chicken for 20 more minutes and brought it back burned and still the final cheese pizza was finally brought once everyone else was done for a long time. The service at Vito’s was good...the food was mediocre. One of the appetizers we ordered was calamari. The worst I’ve ever eaten...chewy and uneatable ...so disappointing..first time there and last time.

Perhaps this was an off night. It was very busy. Our server was spread too thin and was barely able to tend to us. My wife’s order was wrong and mine was over cooked to where I couldn’t cut or chew the chicken. Our server was unavailable and didn’t check on us for at least 20 minutes after our food arrived. They did adjust the price on my wife’s order, removed my order from the bill, and offered a free dessert. The dessert was delicious. Hopefully this was an off night and not a trend. Unfortunately the food was very bland, no flavor. I ordered Chicken Piccata and there was absolutely no lemon flavor much less any other seasoning. The restaurant is very nice and the service was good. Way over priced for the quality of food.

+This was to be a very special evening that turned out to be one of the worse dining experiences I have encountered. From beginning to end it was horrible. We were seated at a dirty table, food stuck to chairs, dirty water glasses, three different people came over to clean and sprayed solution that sprayed everywhere. We were seated by the table that leads outdoors, it was extremely windy, every time door opened we were hit by the wind. Vitos wants to be a fine dining restaurant and a sports bar. That's fine if the sports bar has sufficient separation from the dining room. We were at a table as far away from the bar as possible, yet the noise coming from the bar made it impossible to carry on a conversation. IT was very intrusive on us trying to enjoy an expensive multi-course meal. The owners need to find a solution for keeping the bar noise out of the dining room.
